By registering an account at SHOUT99 you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not open an account or place a bet.
You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account or place a bet at SHOUT99. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are closed, all winnings are void, and deposits are returned.
You must be legally permitted to gamble online in the jurisdiction where you are located. It is your responsibility to know whether that is the case, and using SHOUT99 from a place where online gambling is prohibited is at your own risk.
You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus benefit obtained through them is forfeited.
All details you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended, and winnings arising from them may be withheld.
Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login details, allow anyone else to play on your account, or transfer your account to another person.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Contact support immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
We verify your identity and age before processing your first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Verification is a one-time process. Until it is completed, withdrawals cannot be released. We may request further documentation at any time where required for legal or fraud prevention reasons.
The minimum deposit at SHOUT99 is $10 AUD. All balances, bets and bonuses are held in Australian dollars.
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.
SHOUT99 does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.
Your account is not a bank account. Funds held with us do not earn interest, and depositing without any intention of playing is not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal is $50 AUD.
Withdrawals are returned to the payment method used to deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
Withdrawals are processed once verification is complete and any active bonus wagering has been met or forfeited. We may delay a withdrawal where further checks are required, and will tell you if that happens.

Each bonus carries its own terms, which are shown with the offer. Where those terms conflict with this page, the terms of the specific promotion apply.
Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses may be restricted to particular games, may have a maximum bet limit while active, and may expire if unused.
Bonuses are intended for genuine play. Where we identify patterns designed to extract bonus value without real risk, including low-risk or covered betting, coordinated play between accounts, or abuse of promotional offers, we may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time. Bets already placed under an active bonus are not affected.
All games are supplied by licensed studios using independently tested random number generators. Outcomes cannot be adjusted by us or by any player.
Where a game malfunctions, affected rounds are void and stakes returned. A malfunction includes any error that produces a result inconsistent with the game's published rules or paytable.
Where a bet is placed or settled in error, including through a display fault, a pricing error or a technical failure, we may correct the settlement to what it should have been.
The following will result in account closure and may result in forfeiture of funds:
Using SHOUT99 for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose. Opening multiple accounts. Colluding with other players. Using automated software, bots or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage. Attempting to interfere with the platform's operation. Providing false information or documents.
You may close your account at any time through live chat. Any remaining balance is returned through your verified withdrawal method once verification is complete.
We may suspend or close an account where these terms have been breached, where required by law, or where continuing the relationship presents an unacceptable risk. Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach, any remaining balance is returned to you.
